Downtown Discovery Celebrating 25 Years Of City
Center Surprises

The Birmingham Public Library will have the following exhibit on display in the Library Gallery from November 1 – December 31, 2001

The exhibit consists of photographs, drawings and mixed media by students of all ages.

It accompanies the release of the third edition of the Downtown Discovery Tour, guided and self-guided explorations of the Birmingham City Center.

Exhibit was done by the Birmingham Historical Society with the support of the Alabama Historical Commission, Alabama Power Company Foundation, Birmingham Public Library, Birmingham Realty Company, The City of Birmingham and The Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham.

There is no admittance charge and exhibit can be viewed during regular library hours -

Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.; Wednesday – Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; and Sunday: 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. Exhibit will be on display until November 30, 2001. For additional information call 226-3606.
