Birmingham Public Library Highlights Studio By
The Tracks In Art Gallery
BIRMINGHAM, AL -- Beginning May 14, 2002, until
June 30, 2002, the Birmingham Public Library will display works of art by
the children and adults of Studio By The Tracks in the 4th Floor Gallery of
the central location. The exhibit entitled “Spring Beauties” features
colorful two and three dimensional works ranging from large scale collage
paintings to glazed ceramics.
Studio
By The Tracks is a non-profit art studio, providing opportunities for
self-expression to troubled children and adults with autism or other
developmental disorders. Selected works will be for sale, with proceeds from
the sale of the works to benefit Studio By The Tracks and the adult artists.
