Authors To Visit Birmingham Public Library
During Black History Month - Feb. 9, 2001

The Birmingham Public Library and several of its Branch
Libraries will be host to many African-American authors during Black History
Month on Friday, February 9th at 12:00 noon. These brown
bag lunch programs will be panel discussions and author readings. A book
signing will follow each program.
These events are free and opened to the public. Registration is not
required except in groups of ten or more. The libraries provide a beverage.

The program at the central location of the Birmingham Public Library
(downtown) will be held in the Arrington Auditorium on the third floor of
the Linn-Henley Building.
