Collection (Overdrive)
Downloadable audiobooks are audio recordings of published books in Windows Media
Audio file format. They can be listened to on a computer, or transferred to an MP3
player*. These audiobooks require Windows Media Player 9 or higher to be installed
on your computer.
Kiosks for downloading audiobooks are available at BPL Central,
Five Points West,
and Springville Road.

*MP3 Players Your MP3 player must be Windows Media Audio format compatible. It is
recommended that you have at least 256 MB of memory for your MP3 player. iPods are
not supported.

- Exact text of any error message (screen shots are helpful)

- Library card number
- Title(s) of problem audiobook(s)
- Operating system (Windows XP, Windows 98 SE, etc.)
- Internet browser and version (Internet Explorer 6.0, Firefox 1.0.7, etc. In most
browsers, find this under Help > About.)
